All prices are per room per night and inclusive of a full breakfast

Check-in is from the hours of 3.00 pm and 6.30 p.m. Please contact us if you want to to discuss check-in times outside these hours.

Check-out is by 10.30 am

We accept cash and credit cards (except Amex)

We ask for a £50 deposit  per room to secure the reservation, payable by credit or debit card.

Minimum 2 nights stay for Bank Holiday Weekends

In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to make the following charges:

For cancellation more than four weeks before the date of arrival, we will refund the booking deposit less a £5 administration fee.

For cancellation between 28 and 15 days before the date of arrival, we will retain the deposit.

For cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booking.

For cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival (or for failure to turn up), we will charge the full amount for all nights booked.

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any cancellation eventualities.
